Refund policy

Refund Policy for One Percent 

At One Percent, we are committed to providing high-quality activewear and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Returns Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  3. Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  4. Exclusions: Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s).
  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the inspection.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items.
  • Sale items, custom orders, or items purchased during promotions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at onev1fitness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in our return confirmation email.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
